TO THE RESIDENTS OP ZURICH:
On behalf of the Village Council I am pleased to present to
you this draft of a Secondary Plan for our Village.
The Draft Plan was prepared after numerous meetings, and much
input and assistance from village residents, and sets out the
directions we should be taking to guide the growth and develop-
ment of the Village in the years to come.
The Village of Zurich has experienced a lot of changes over the
tact five years, and with the near completion of the sewage and
water system, it expected that pressures for development will
increase. This is why I, as Reeve, and my counci,Z believe it
is so necessary and important to plan now for the future.
We have much to be proud of in our village, and we must strive
to ensure that the quality of our environment is preserved and
enhanced in the future.
A public meeting is to be held in the Village on November t5,
to discuss the Draft Plan and you are cordially invited.
urs sincerely,
Jack Turkheim
