Blue Water Rest Home 236-4373 ZURICH Police report On Sunday at 1:30 a, m. a car driven by Terrance Matt- son, Hensall, skidded out of control on Highway 84 west of Hensall and rolled into a field. A second car operated by Doug- las Mock, Hensall, was damag- ed from gravel thrown by the skidding Mattson vehicle. A passenger in Mattson's car, Jocelyne Wasson, Exeter, rec- eived minor bruises. Total damage was estimated at $950. by Constable Don Mason. Also en Sunday OPP investig- ated a single car fatal resulting in the death of Daniel Wayne Smith, of 1-Iensall. This mishap as well as a fatal just north of Hensall which took the life of Brian Mahon, on Tuesday, have been previously reported. A vehicle operated by a Win- dsor man, Ruth Ziegler, sustain- ed $500 damage when the car left Highway 21, north of St. Joseph and struck a guide rail. Constable Al Quinn investigated the Saturday afternoon mishap. At 7 p.m. on Saturday, a truck driven by Paul Passmore, Exeter and an auto operated by Mary Jeffery, Hensall, collided on Concession 2-3 of Usborne Township, north of Highway 83. Both drivers received cuts and bruises. Constable Dale Lam- ont estimated damage at $1, 700 On Saturday sa car owned by Donald Kunz, Grand Bend was stolen from Huron Park and driven into a nearby fence res- ulting in $300 damages to the T.V.
