Many ideas for "Keeping
Bayfield Beautiful" were put
forth at the meeting last week,
called by the persons who
planted the flowers in Clan
Gregor Square this summer.
It was decided that the same
beds would be planted in much
the same manner next spring,
and that spring flowering bulbs
would be planted this fall. A
committee was appointed to go
to the next council meeting
with•a request for a small app-
ropriation. The same plan used
this year for maintenance, a
family responsible for a week,
will be tried again. Because
many people expressed a wish
to support the project, but are
unable to personally work,
containers will be placed in
the Village Market, Grahams
General Store and the Bank to
receive donations of money for
fertilizer, edging, etc„ as well
as the cost of the bulbs. Any-
