Dear Sir;
There seems to be a great
variety of things being written
about such things as Women's
Liberation, Viet Nam, Sexual-
ity, Society and countless
others. One thing that seems
common to every one of them
and that is that they condition
people to be "uptight," "hyper"

(or whatever terms which may
be used) because they supply a
lot of facts to worry about, but
offer no answers.
It's really very pointless
going into them because a few
people say it all anyway. "Our
government is run by a few
people who decide that a mil-
lion people will die in Viet Narr
this year in order to maintain
world prestige. Their hate for
another human being or beings,
their conceit and thoughtless-
ness are all that matters. No-
body ever sees it that way. A
revolution comes about; a gen-
eration which finally wants to
show love for the world and we
are scorned upon; arrested for
demonstrating, hated for our
"attitudes" and condemned
because a few people want to
protect themselves and the big
fat job they have on King Aven-
ue.
Before Jesus was crucified
(by the same people almost)
He said to "love one another
as I have loved you." Isn't
that enough? Isn't that enough
to stop the hatred and pain that
is being caused? Maybe Jesus
needs to be updated with anoth-
er phrase such as "Love one
another as much as you love
yourself." Christianity isn't
some big plot -- it's a manif-
estation of God Himself. Und-
erstanding God and what He is,
is not wrong; in fact I believe
that He. wishes each person to
be as much like Himself as
possible. Man was made in
God's image, which is love ---
and by having the desire to be
a loving type of creature, then
it is fulfilling everything that
was meant to be, to begin with.
This isn't written about very
often, but it does supply an
answer; which nobody has ever
gotten before.
Yours sincerely,
Someone who has experienced
Jesus.

Dear Sir;
What a wonderful thing for
the owners of Bayview Tourist
Inn, to honour Senior Citizens'
by giving them such a lovely
dinner. We just happened in
and were so surprised to have
such a lovely meal.
It does one's heart good,
when you get old to be rememb•
ered. Could you put a letter in
the paper thanking them.
Yours sincerely,
Ella E. Bryant,

Summer theatre
Huron County Playhouse, a
new professional summer theatre
is locating in the area with an
aim to providing some light
entertainment for the long sum-
mer evenings. It has on its
schedule of six plays comedies,
mysteries and melodrama, the
first of which will begin on
July 26.
The Playhouse's location is
one mile east and one mile
north of Grand Bend on the
B Line. It's home is a small
parcel of land containing the
deserted farm buildings of the
old Taylor farm. James Murphy,
managing director for the oper-
ation, hopes to convert the large
old barn into a fashionable
summer theatre. This year,
however, the company will
operate in a large tent. It is
hoped however, that the comp-
any will be able to settle on
the property permanently and
that work with the barn renov-
ation can continue.
The present site was chosen
over several others because of
its location near three main
highways: 81, 83 and 21. And
of course a barn large enough
to serve as a playhouse is a
prime prerequisite. Several
months were spent in searching
out a suitable location before
the Grand Bend site was chosen.
Plans for the current season
accelerate daily.
