In referring to the ceiling for subsidy purposes Mr. Lane pointed out that the only signif- icant change is in the increase to $10 per pupil elementary for unapproved net transportation expenditure and capital expend- iture for current revenue. The amount recognized in 1971 was limited to $5 per pupil elem- entary.
