Letter to Editor
November 9, 1971.
Mr. Herb Turkheim, Editor,
Zurich Citizens News,
Zurich, Ontario,
Dear Mr. Turkheim:
Please convey to the citizens
of Zurich and surrounding area
the sincere appreciation of the
Zurich Lions Club for the ex-
cellent support received during
the recent Canadian National
Institute for the Blind campaign.
Through the co-operation of
all we have been able to reach
our objective of $400. Cert-
ainly everyone realizes that
such a campaign is a "means
to an end." The "end" being,
of course, the provision of a
brighter and more meaningful
future for the blind, not only
in the Zurich area, but across
the province.
Once again, sincere thanks.
T
Yours truly,
Don O'Brien, Chair
man, CNIB Camp-
aig n,
