CITIZENS NEWS PICTORIAL
A new program, called "Electives", began last week in St. Boniface School
at Zurich, and was met with a great deal of enthusiasm on the part of the chil-
dren involved. Under the new program, students are given a session each week
in which they can work at any particular program or hobby they choose. Some
of them are learning to cook, even boys, others sew, others try their hand at
wood -working, while still others learn the fine details of etiquette. The photos
on this page show various groups of students working at the elective of their
choice, under the capable supervision of a teacher or other volunteers.
