Mr. Hugh Berry spent Wednes- day afternoon at the County Coun; cil picnic and enjoyed renewing old acquaintances and friendships, Others out visiting during rhe week were Mrs. Myrtle Woodford, John Donald, Mrs, Jennetta Finnigan, Mrs. Emma Shepperd, Mrs. Grace Burrell, Mrs. Louise Simpson and Mrs. Mary Faist. One of our visitors during the week was a native of Zurich, Switzerland, and presently living and working in Ottawa. She was surprised to find the village as large and as clean looking as it is.
