The museum, owned and op- erated by Peter Eisenbach, is open every day during the summer months, from 10 in the morning until eight in the evening. This Museum is located on land where the first Presbyterian Church in Grand Bend was built in 1874. Entrance to the Museum is the old Manse, built in 1900 beside the church. Rev. Samuel Corr- iere came to Grand Bend as a student minister in 1882. He became minister of the church until 1924, when he retired from the ministry, He and his family lived in this house, and it cont- inued to be the Manse of the United Church following "church union" in 1925, until a new manse was built in 1954 beside the United Church on Main Street.
