MEDICAL CENTRE NEARING COMPLETION - The new medical centre for Grand Bend and area
is rapidly approaching completion, and two Irish doctors are expected to arrive shortly to begin
practice in the summer resort. To date most of the funds for the project have been donated, but
the committee would still appreciate gifts of any kind towards their endeavour.

The Board endorsed a 25 -point
Student Discipline Policy, which
outlines tips on maintaining
discipline on school buses to be
distributed to each private cont-

Arthur Haid, R.R. 4, Listowel,
chairman of the transportation
committee, in recommending
the offer, said this is considered
as a pilot project in the County
and that a further move towards
integration in other areas will
be determined on the basis of
effectiveness of the proposal for
McKillop Township.
Trustee Haid reported an in-
creased enrolment at St. Mary's
School in Hesson of over twenty
pupils and to meet this need in
transportation facilities the board
voted to move the 54 -passenger
bus it has stored at Zurich to
Hesson effective immediately.
There is already a 60 -passenger
bus at Hesson.

Mrs. Reinhold Miller is a
patient in St. Joseph's Hospital,
London, where she underwent
surgery. Mrs. Ivlilford Ivlerner
returned home Friday and Mrs.
Glen Rader and new son, on
Sunday.
Peter Becker, Judy Martene,
and Bradley Willert were at
Camp Pioneer, a camp for con-
firrnands of the Lutheran Church,
in New York State last week.
Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Rader,
Stratford, were Sunday guests
with Mr. and Mrs. Ray Van
Dorsselaer, Susan, and Dianne
Rader.
Dr. and Mrs. Donald Oest-
reicher, Chatham, visited
friends and relatives here during
the weekend. -
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Irwin
have purchased the,horne of
Miss Luella Kuntz.
Mr. and Mrs. Art Koessel;
Mr. and Mrs. Don Maynard and
Amy, of Lapsing, Michigan,
were recent visitors with Mr.

The annual rates for Board
owned bus operators for the year
1971-72 were approved to be
renewed at $10 per day and the
rate of $2.50 per hour was ap-
proved to be renewed for "extra-
curricular" driving requirements.
This includes the trasportation of
kindergarten students from Ste,
Marie School at St. Joseph to St,
Boniface School in Zurich, as
well as all classes from Ste.
Marie School to Zurich for the
use of gym facilities.
