Apart from the Good Friday
night blizzard, we hope you
enjoyed the Easter week -end.
We know the residents enjoyed
having all of the visitors who
were here over Easter, and join
me in saying thank -you to the
individuals and different organiz-
ations who brought in all the
beautiful Easter Lilies and other
potted plants which added to
their enjoyment.
On Monday evening films
were shown, "Upper Canada
Village" and "Birds. Baboons,
and other Animals." Following
the films, the members of the
Zurich Lions Club gathered in
the dining room for a sing song.
We would hope that they would
make this visit not just an an-
nual -affair, but that they would
plan to come more frequently,
in view of the enjoyment the
residents derive from these visits,
On Wednesday evening, the
Ladies Auxiliary held their reg-

Mrs. Winnie Miles is presently
a patient in St. Joseph's Hospital
London, and we wish her a
speedy recovery.
The sympathy of the residents
and staff is extended to the fam-
ily of the late Mrs. Mary Stein-
bach, who passed away last week
in her 92nd year.
On Good Friday evening, the
combined choir of Blake and
Zurich Mennonite churches pres-
ented the Easter story in song
and verse, much to the enjoy-
ment of the residents. Thank
you for your thoughtfulness.
If anyone received Easter
baskets with coloured excelsior,
and have no further use for it,
would you please save it for our
craft room activities? Playing
cards would also be appreciated.
We are grateful to the family
of the Late Mrs. Ellen Burney
for the memorial gift of a port-
able shower chair for use in the
hospital wing.
Rev. Andrew Blackwell, St.
Peter's Lutheran Church, Zurich,
had charge of the Easter Sunday
evening chapel service. We
regret the congregation was rath-

a number of residents who were
away visiting with their families.

CARE THAT MONEY
CAN'T BUY...
YOU GET IT WITH
SHUR-GAIN SERVICE.
Good service is just a little more than carrying
out a job. It's the little extra care going into
the service that really counts ... the second
look at an order ... a re -check on a load, an
extra phone call to make sure something is
O.K.... things like that.
It doesn't mean we won't make mistakes. We
probably will. It does mean we feel badly
when a mistake is made and it also means
that care is taken that' it won't happen again.
That's the kind of care we pledge to give you
and all our customers.
You get it with every order of Shur -Gain.
