W, M.L. Mitchell Zone Prayer Service was held at Zion Lutheran Church Monday March 29, with the author, Rev. M.P. Janz, of Sarnia in charge assisted by Rev. Tepker of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Stratford. Readers from the local L. W ,M. L. were Mrs. Albert Miller, Mrs. Marie Restemayer, Mrs. Delmar Miller, Mrs. Charles Tiernan, Mrs. Charles Martine and Mrs. Leonard Schenk. Members were present from London, Exeter, Wartburg, Strat- ford, Monkton, Logan and See- Bach's Hill. Light refreshments were served in the basement, Rev. E. E, Steinman is confin- ed to St. Joseph's Hospital, Load - Mr. Ray McKinnon and fam- ily have returned to their home in Haliburton after spending a week's vacation with friends.
