HENSALL HOME CREATES WINTER WONDERLAND
About People
Mrs. John Henderson, who
has been a patient in South Hur-
on Hospital for the past four
months, has returned to her home
in Hensall.
Mrs. John Heal is a patient in
South Huron Hospital, Exeter.
Mr. and Mrs. Roy Consitt, of
Hensall celebrated their 55th
Wedding Anniversary on January
29, and were entertained to a
dinner at the Dominion Hotel,
Zurich, by their two sons, Mr.
and Mrs. John Consitt and fam-
ily, Hensall, and Mr. and Mrs.
Ray Consitt and family, of Kip -
pen. Also attending were Mts.
Emma Farquhar and Mrs. Eva
Kaiser, both of Hensall.
Honor Former
Reeve
At a dinner at the Hotel Hens -
all on Monday evening, attended
by members of Hensall council
and PUC Commissioners, former
Reeve Oliver Jaques, was pres-
ented with a desk set by the vil-
lage, and a pipe by the PUC.

men were treated at the Seaforth
Hospital. Heavy ground drifting
was reported at the time of col-
lision. Constables Bill Glassford
and Ed Wilcox investigated.
Property damage in the 20
collisions was estimated at over
$13, 000. Detachment personnel
are still attempting to contact a
few of the drivers involved in the
storm -caused collisions.

Obituary
MRS. ELLAN DAVIDSON
Mrs. Elan Davidson, of Port
Colborne, the former Shirley
Twitchell, of Hensall, passed
away February 2, in her 50th
year, in Port Colborne General
Hospital. Surviving are her husb-
and; one son, Brian; one daught-
er, Cindy; her mother, Mrs.
Verna Twitchell, of Hensall; two
sisters, Mrs. Peter (Audrey)
Loiocomo, from Windsor; Mrs.
Lloyd (Gloria) Mousseau, of Hen-
sall, and one brother, Murney,
of London.
March of Dimes
The Hensall Kinettes had to
postpone their annual March of
Dimes campaign, which was
planned for this week, due to
inclement weather. The new
date for the blitz in the village
of Hensall has been set for Wed-
nesday, February 10, beginning
at 7 p.m.
The members of the Kinette
Club will greatly appreciate
residents of the village leaving
their porch lights on during the
campaign.
