NEW FACILITIES AT PINERIDGE - Owners of the Pineridge Chalet, located in Hay Township
between Hensall and Zurich, have been busy the past week erecting a new clubhouse, which is
to be open shortly. The new structure, of cement block design, is about 23 feet wide and 50 feet
long, and should be quite ample to accomodate all the visitors at the popular snowmobile location.

appropriate climate in which
we can attempt once more to
explain our position. "

anxiety and insecurity and to
destroy the healthy political
climate upon which Canadians
have always prided themselves.

iative in proposing draft legisl-
ation which would more approp-
riately deal with similar emerg-
encies in the future. Among the
features of our proposals are:
(1) The Government would be
required to inform the country
of the circumstances requiring
the invocation of the act, show-
ing " a clear and present danger
of the use of force or violence
for the purpose of overthrowing
