He was born in Hay Township on October 30, 1909, a son of the late Theophilus McAdams, and Mrs. Matilda Tetreau, of Zurich. In 1940 he married the former Bernice Neeb. For many years Mr. McAdams operated service stations in both Zurich and Exeter, before his retirement, An active member of the Zurich Chamber of Com- merce, he was treasurer of the organization at the time of his death. He was a devoted memb- er of Emmanuel United Church, and also a member of the Brotherhood of the same church. Surviving besides his wife and mother are three sons, Marv- in and Murray, both of Zurich, and Donald, R.R 3, Zurich; two brothers, Harry, R, R. 3, London, and Milton, R. R. 3, Zurich, There are also three grandchildren. The body resting at the West- lake funeral home, Zurich, where the service will take place on Thursday afternoon, November 26, at 2 p.m. Int- erment will take place in Emmanuel United Church, Cemetery, Bronson Line, with Rev. J W .
