By 1971, the figure is expected to have quadrupled. Advantages: low pollution, cheaper. Disadvantages: storage space problem, conversion cost, limited range between refueling stops. One of the most overlooked, yet important filters is the breather cap, through which oil is poured into the engine. It should be washed in solvent whenever the oil is changed. * * "If -you -drink -don't -drive" convincer: at least half of last year's 56,400 U.S. traffic fatalities involved motorists under the influence. * * * Because of a lack of garages and service stations, Russian motorists let their cars hibernate on blocks. * * * Our top selection of road- worthy beauties is popular with American motorists!
