List Winners in Penny Sale Draw
The annual Penny Sale spon-
sored by Hensall Legion Ladies'
Auxiliary was held Friday even-
ing, June n, in the Legion Hall
and was very successful with
lovely prizes donated by Hensall
and district businessmen.
Reeve Oliver Jaques drew the
winning tickets with prizes going
to many different areas.

Hensall Women's Institute End
Season With Banquet at Hotel
ilensali Women's Institute
end their season with a delicious
turkey dinner, at the Hensall
Hotel, on Wednesday evening,
June 10.
President Mrs. McAllister
presided for the meeting. An
invitation from the Blue Water
Rest Home, Zurich was accepted
for September 15. The group will
also attend Huronview birthday
party on June 17.
Mrs. Orr gave her report for
the visiting committee. Miss
Lammie and Mrs. Purdy are the
visiting committee for the sum-
mer months.
Mrs. Peck read an interesting
letter from the Institute's adopt-
ed child in Austria,
Mrs. McAllister gave her re-
port of attending the Officer's
conference at Guelph. The ex-
ecutive meeting was held at the
home of Mrs. Carl Payne.
Program convenors were Mrs.
W. Carlile and Mrs. F. Beer.

and Mrs. Carl Payne.
