RAISE OVER $400 - Pupils of St. Mary's School, St. Joseph raised well over $400 on Sunday afternoon when they carried out a
walk from Drysdale to Grand Bend. The students, along with Sister Jean Marie, principal, and Mrs. William Talbot Jr., relief
teacher, are seen in this photo as they were about to leave Drysdale on their well -sponsored walk. The proceeds will be divided
between the Association for Mentally Retarded Children and a new project, the establishing of a trade school on the Isle of Caribbean.
PLAY -BY - PLAY - Two area students who took part in the
walk from Drysdale to Grand Bend on Sunday afternoon hated to
miss the Stanley Cup final between Boston and St. Louis, so they
decided to take their transistor radio along in order to have a
play-by-play description of the activities. The two boys are
John Creces and Michael Miller.

Hensall 'Firm
A $100, 000 government loan
to a Hensall firm will help pay
for a new plant that means 71
new jobs for the village.
Trade and Development
Minister Stanley Randall said
the interest-free loan willo
to Boise Cascade Home and
Land Ltd., a firm that rnanu-
factares travel trailers and mob-
ile homes.
Total cost of the expansion
will be $922, 000. The addition
means 71 more jobs now with a
potential increase of 161 in five
years.
Travel trailer production will
be carried out in the existing
65, 000 square -foot factory.
The new plant will manufacture
mobile homes, It will have
72, 400 square feet.
THE WINNER - Looking tired

St. Mary's School walk from
Drysdale to Grand Bend on Sun-
day afternoon. Richard compl-
eted the 12 -mile hike in exactly
two hours, far ahead of his
closest competitors. He is shown

of his trip, along the main street
of Grand Bend.
