Mrs. Haugh spent the weekend in Stratford and attended the installation of Rev. Lawrence Eifert at St. Mathews Lutheran Church. Others from Dashwood attending were Mr. and Mrs. Garnet Willett, Mrs. Laura Datars, Mrs. Ray VanDorsselaer, and Rev. E,E, Steinman. Mr. and Mrs. George Wolfe of Toronto spent the weekend with Mrs. Sylvia Wolfe. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Hutchinson of Russel's Point, Ohio, are vis- iting with Mrs. Henry Eagleson and other relatives. Mr. and Mrs, Gordon Eagleson of Southampton were weekend visitors. Sunday visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Stuart Wolfe and Eleanor were Mr. and Mrs. Eric Wolfe and Tracy of London; Tom Wolfe of Toronto; Miss Susan Penning- ton of Parkhill; and John Parker of Lucan. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Miller were Sunday supper guests with Mr. and Mrs. Robert Miller of Waterloo. Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Rader and family and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Miller and girls of Zion, were Sunday guests with Mr. and Mrs. Garnet Weiberg and family of Waterloo. ' Edward Restemayer was a participant in the bike-a-thon from Waterloo to Stratford and. back Saturday. NICHOLAS H, MILLER Nicholas Miller passed away at St. Catherines hospital, Wed- nesday, October 22, in his 91st year, He had been in failing health for some time. Surviving are five children, 3 boys, and 2 girls, and a large number of relatives in this coznniunity. He was born and raised in Dashwood. Funeral service was held in Hulse and English Funeral Chapel Friday, October 24, with Rev, G. Mitchinson officiating clergy- man. The body was then sent by air to Grenfell, Sas., where the buriel was made in Grenfell cemetery, Monday, October 2'7.
