didn't get away. The 16 -pound pike was caught by Doug
Armstrong, of Zurich, in the Key River last Friday af-

Weather Hurts
Huron -Perth Play
The weather is wrecking not
only the Zurich Kings baseball
season but the rest of the teams
in the Huron -Perth league as
well. Thursday's game against
St. Marys was rained out and
Tueseday the game at Mitchell
was cancelled because the dia-
mond was a sea of mud. To-
night, Thorndale is supposed to
playthere if the diamond is fit
for play. Dashwood is here for
a game at 4 p.m. on July 1.
We have no report on how Hen-
sall is doing in the league but
understand the weather is just as
hard on them as the rest of the
clubs. Thorndale has not been.
defeated in six starts and are in
first place. Zurich has a one
and one record; Dashwood is one
win and two losses.
