Captain John R. Beer of Winnipeg, spent the holiday week end with his parents, Air. and Mrs.Fred Beer. Mrs. hazel Long is a patient in Seaforth Community Ilos- pital, Mrs. R. A. Orr and Mrs. Clarence Volland, representing Amber Rebekah Lodge of Hensallvisited residents of ueensway nursing home Wednesday after- noon, to entertain the twenty residents and present theta with treats. Mr. and Mrs. Pat Flannery and fancily of Denfield, visited over the week end with the latter's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Smith. Mr. and Mrs. R, G. Love, Cairo, Allclrigan, were week end guests with the former's sister, Mrs. J. E, I\IcEwan and also visited Mr, McEwau at South Iluron Ilospital, Exeter. Mr, and Mrs. Wes Richardson visited with their son and daugh- ter -in-laws, Mr. and Mrs, Kenneth Richardson and family, ar Peterborough. While there they went fishing and Wes caught a 241 pickerel. Harvey, was the recipcnt of many gifts and congratulat- ory messages. Lunch of ice cream anc7 cake was served.
