The system is subject to the approval of the munici- pality and the financing arrange- ments must he approved by the Ontario Municipal Board. The arrangements are similar to those set up for the Grand Bend water system. When the plans are submitted to the ONIB for approval, a public hearing will be held at which tithes residents of the area will he given an opportun- ity to express their objections over rhe proposed plan. Residents in the water area would pay an annual water rare if they hook up as well as an increased assessment charge to cover the cost of the system and the supply of water. Included in the water area is a portion of land east of lligh- way t2.1 on Highway 8:4. :1 secondary' line will be extended to this area to provide for future development. No estimate was given as to when the construction 'nay commence, if approval is received.
