Ron Page and David, .urlington, were week- end guests with Mr. and Mrs. Harry Horton. Hensall Kinsmen and Kinnette Clubs were in Goderich Wednesday evening , to entertain patients at the Ontario Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Williams and family of Trinidad, have taken up residence in the Fink apartment on Nelson Street. Mr. and Mrs. George Mid- dleton, Birmingham, Mich. , and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Spencer have returned from a three weeks vacation to Barbados, B. W.I. Everett Fletcher, a patient at Queensway nursing,home, was taken to South Huron Hospital, Exeter, and later to St. Joseph's Hospital, London, by Westlake ambulance service, Zurich. Robert Baker Sr. , is a patient in Clinton Community Hospital Miss Olive Prior, who has been a patient at St. Joseph Hospital London with a fractured hip, returned to Queensway nursing home on Wednesday, where she is a resident. Mr. McQueen returned homeArnold with Mr. and Mrs. Rigby to Blenheim for a visit. William McGregor of Kipper', who has been a patient in ClintonAmber Community Hospital, returned home of Sunday. Pamela and Sheila Lindsay of are spending this week holidaying with their grandmother, Mrs. John Hend- erson and family. John and Kathie spent Monday with Mr. and Mrs. Bryant 'Underwood at Corrie, /�'a Circle Welcomes Guests To Easter Meeting The Arnold Circle of Carmel Presbyterian Church held their Easter Thank -offering meeting on Monday evening. President Mrs. Don Mousseau opened the p meeting with a poem entitled "Faith" after which everyone... joined in singing, "Christ the Lord is risen today.” Mrs. Mou- sseau then welcomed the guests from Cromarty Presbyterian Church, Exeter Caven Presbyter -.1' ian Church, and ladies of the W. M. S. Of Carmel Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Mildred Bell and Mrs. Horner Campbell led the wor- ship service which was on the theme "The Old Rugged Cross." Mrs. Don Mousseau introduced the guest speaker, Mrs. Eric Luther, who spoke on the Ressurrection. Mrs. Al Hoggarth thanked Mrs. Luther for her inspiring message. Following the benediction, a short social hour was enjoyed and lunch served. Des er Euchre 1 Succesful Event Rebekah Lod e s on - e P sored a successful dessert euchre in the I.O.O. F. Amber RebekahS to ViY t Brussels Lodge At the regular meeting of Ambei Rebekah Lodge, held Wednesday, plans were announced for three car loads of members to visit Brussels Lodge, on Wednesday, April 2 on the occasion of the official visit of the Rebekah As- sembleypresident. A banquetSpecializing q is planned for, in her honor. The C. P. and T. committee of the lodge will sponsor a euchre in the I.O.O. F, Lodge Hall, Thurs- day, March 27 at 8:30 p.m. The regular meeting of the Lodge will be held Tuesday eve- ning, April 1 instead of Wednesday the usual night. d Mrs. Alfred Warner R. R.1 Bayfield, died at her home Monday. Mrs. Warner was born in Bay- field, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Aldworth and lived all her life in the dis- trio. Survivors are her husband; two sons,Harold, Conestoga and Donald of Bayfield; two sisters, Mrs. John (Mary) Dempsey, R. R 3 Clinton and Mrs. Leslie (Pearl) Beirns, Wingham; and seven grandchildren. The body was at the Lodge funeral home and the service at 2 p.m. Wednesday.
