We opened with 0 Canada. Some handed out members pamphlets that each had sent and we discussed our trip to Kitchener to go through meat factories with surrounding Zurich, Dashwood, and Varna clubs. One member was absent. Our discussion was on meat cookery. For group work we made braised short ribs with vegetables and used the dry heat method for cooking sausage.
