Sheila Azin Neilands, daugh-
ter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Neil -
ands, Hensel!, and Lloyd Fran-
cis Regier, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Edwin Regier, RR 3, Zurich, ex-
changed marriage vows in St.
Boniface Church, Zurich, on
Saturday, October 19, at 1:00
p.m. Father A. Durand offici-
ated. Baskets of mums, snap-
dragons and mauve velvet bows
decorated the church.
Wedding music was provided
by Mrs, Stephen Meidinger,
organist, and St. Boniface Girls'
Chair.
Given in marriage by her fa-
ther, the bride chose a gown of
white silk peau. The Italian
lace bodice was styled with bell
sleeves. The V-shaped train,
trimmed with lace, was attached
to the square back with a large
bow. A matching large bow

and she carried a full cascade
of mauve tinted roses, purple
velvet ribbon and ivy.
Rosemarie Neilands, Kitchen-
er, sister of the bride, was maid
of honor, and Mrs. Marlene
Bogart, Toronto, was brides-
maid. They were dressed alike
in full-length purple velvet
gowns styled with a scoop neck-
line, empire waist, dainty puff-
ed sleeves, mauve satin trim
and matching headpieces. They
carried bouquets of white car-
nations, mauve tinted baby
mums and mauve velvet trim.
Best man was Donald Regier,
and Charles Regier, Richard
Regier and Tom Neilands ush-
ered guests.
For receiving guests the
bride's mother chose a two-piece
turquoise costume of antron
with black accessories. The
groom's mother assisted in a
gold costume of tricot with
brown peau de soi accessories.
A wedding reception was held
in the Dashwood Community
Centre which was decorated
with bouquets of mauve tinted
mums and ivy.
For travelling through the
southern states the bride chang-
ed to a Kelly green costume of
jocardi with matching green
solice hat, navy accessories and
a white orchid corsage.
The couple will reside in
London.
Showers were given at the
home of Mrs. E. Regier by
Theresa Cerny and Rosemarie
Neilands, and another given by
Mrs. Faye Howay, London.

Baskets of white mums and
candelabra decorated the altar
of St. Peter's Lutheran Church,
Zurich, on Saturday, October 19,
1968, at 2 p.m,, for the marriage
of Katherine Ann Gackstetter
and David Adam Smith.
The bride is the daughter of
Mr. Henry Gackstetter and the
late Mrs. Frances Gackstetter,
RR 1, Exeter, and the groom's
parents are Mr. and Mrs. Jo-
seph Smith, Goderich.
Rev. A. Blackwell officiated,
and Miss Dorothy Wagner was
organist.
Given in marriage by her fa-
ther, the bride wore a floor -
length gown of white French
peau de soie with a bodice of
delicate imported chantilly lace
fashioned with a. scoop neck-
line and elbow -length sleeves.
An empire inserted band made'
way for the semi -fitted waist-
line. The skirt fell to the floor
in an elegant A-line cascading
to a train at the back. The hem-
line was sihouetted with a scal-
loped applique of chantilly lace.
A tiara of scallops with crystal
droplets held the shoulder -
length veil of French illusion
silk and she carried a cascade
of orange roses., yellow daisies
and trailing ivy.
Maid of honor Miss Virginia
Carnegie, Windsor, wore a floor -
length gown of olive green vel-
vet and chiffon over'taffeta and
carried a bouquet of yellow
daisies. She wore matching
daisies in her hair.
Joseph Smith, W i n g h a in,
brother of the groom, was best
man, and Henry Gackstetter, St.
Jacobs, brother of the bride,
ushered guests.
A wedding reception was held
in the Hensall Hotel.
For a wedding trip through
Northern Ontario the bride
changed to a yellow linen dress
and coat with brown accessories
and a corsage of bronze mums
and yellow roses.
The couple will reside on a
farm near Brussels.

The marriage of Gail Elaine
Richardson and Robert Webster
Turner was solemnized by Rev.
H. F. Currie in Hensall United
Church, on Saturday, October
12, 1968, at 3:30 p.m.
Mr. and Mrs, Ross Richardson,
RR 1, Zurich, are parents of
the bride. The groom is the
son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph
Turner, also of RR 1, Zurich.
Candelabra, ferns and baskets
of white and pink mums graced
the church.
Mrs. Jack Turkheim was or-
ganist and soloist Kathy Hern
sang "The Wedding Prayer"
and "I'll Walk 'Beside You".
Given in marriage by her fa-
ther, the bride was charming
in an A-line gown of peau de
soiree. The empire waist was
trimmed with Austrian lace. A
detachable train, trimmed with
matching lace, fell from the
shoulders and she wore a
shoulder -length silk illusion veil
caught up by an organza rose.
She carried a cascade of gar-
dinia, light pink roses with
stephanotis and trailing ivy.
Donna Richardson, the bride's
sister, London, was maid of
honor, and Sandra Richardson,

sister of the bride, Zurich, and
Marjorie Turner, sister of the
groom, London, were brides-
maids. Janet McAllister, RR 1,
Zurich, was flowergirl.
The attendants wore precious
jade A-line dresses of pea de
soiree with flowing black panel..
The empire waist was trimmed
with a sequent and braid trim.
They wore a jade organza rose
in their hair and carried a cas-
cade of pink carnations. The
flowergirl wore a white full-
length gown of peen de soiree
with same trim and styled simi-
lar to the senior attendants.
She wore a jade organza rose
in her hair and carried a wicker
gathering basket of pink minia-
ture carnations.
Jim Consitt was best man, and
Ken McClure and Robert Bell
ushered guests, David Consitt
was ringbearer.
A wedding reception was held
in the Fellowship Hall in the
church.
The bride's mother chose a
goldenrod ensemble fashioned
with skimmer dress with jewel
beading encrusting the rolled
V -collar in sleeveless style and
topped by a full length coat
with monk sleeves. The groom's
mother wore a beige champagne
double crepe dress with deep
hand beaded cuffs of silver and
gold bugle beads.
The bride changed to a char-
truese green boucle walking
suit with a finger-tip length
Nehru jacket styled with a man-
darin collar and deep Arctic fox
cuffs dyed to match. She wore
a small cluche hat of gold and
chartruese green caque feathers.
They will reside at RR 1,
Zurich.
Prior to her wedding, the
bride was honored at showers
given by Mrs. Ian McAllister at
her home at RR 1, Zurich; the
Misses Kathy Hern and Sue
Anne Lindenfield, at Miss
Hern's home, and Miss Marjorie
Turner and Mrs. Ken McClure,
at the latter's home.
A presentation was made by
the staff of Ontario Department
of Agriculture and Food, Clin-
ton.
MUSTARD—ROWE
A honeymoon to Washington,

followed the marriage Friday
evening in James Street United
Church of Kathy Mary Rowe,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer
Rowe, RR 1, Exeter, and Rich-
ard Scott Mustard, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Archie Mustard, RR 2,
Zurich.
Rev, S. E. Lewis conducted
the candlelight ceremony amid
lighted pink tapers in candela-
bra and pink carnations.
Organist Mrs. Joan Keys ac-
companied the soloist, Marlene
Rader, Zurich, who sang the
Wedding Prayer and 0 Promise
Me.
Given in marriage by her fa-
ther, the bride was lovely in a
floor -length A-line gown of
puffed French crepe featuring
long sleeves, an empire waist
and a detachable train of the
same material held in place with
a bow at the collar. Her four -
tiered shoulder -length silk illu-
sion blusher veil was caught up
