On Saturday last at 10:45 a.m., the residents gathered in the Home chapel for a Remem- brance Day service. Rev. An- drew Blackwell, of St. Peter's Luther Church Zurich, led the short service. Thi kind gesture was greatly appreciated. * * * Nett Sunday at 2:15 pan, we will be celebrating the first an- niversary of the opening of 'the Home. All members of Zurich and other communities are cor- dially invited to attend. An hour-long musical program has been arranged. During the pro- gram, visitors will be seated at tables and served •(through the courtesy of the Home Ladies' Auxiliary) a beverage with a choice from a cookie tray.
