On Tuesday morning of this presentweek et time of writing more rain is falling which means more delay for complet- ing corn and bean harvest, which could also mean a deduc- tion in price of beans due to wet weather, That and the light yield, one would believe the beans would be worth more than the present price, if not, many farmers will feel the ef- fect of the loss. Farmers who had planned on buying some new implement, that will have to be cancelled for some, also the modernizing of their homes for more comfort, that too for some will have to be postponed. All of that means disappoint- ment for the farmers for some time to come. Oh well, a cheer up on high •spending would do no harm - perhaps would do much good. 0 Mr. and Mrs. Greg Fleming, Crediton, rand Mrs. Theresa Hartman were visitors on Mon day with Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Hartman, at London.
