Funeral service was held on
Tuesday afternoon at the Hop-
per -Hockey funeral home, Ex-
eter, with interment in Exeter

On Sunday, May 15, about '75
friends and relatives of Mr. and
Mrs. Jack McClinchey and fam-
ily gathered at the home of Mr.
and Mrs. Russell Grainger and
enjoyed a barbecue picnic on
the lawn. The occasion being
to enjoy an afternoon of fel-
lowship together and to pre-
sent the family with a small
gift upon their leaving this

class had been waiting in the
back room for her return. They
all dashed out saying "surprise,
teacher". They had just learned
that she had given up their
class in Sunday school and they
wanted to give her a little re-
membrance to take to her new
home in Clinton,

in her usual pleasant manner,
thanked the children for their
thoughtfulness and i n v it e d
them to a picnic at her house
in the near future.
