LIBERALS PICK CANDIDATE—Maitland Edgar, pop- ular Clinton high school teacher, was picked at the Liberal standard bearer in the forthcoming federal election, at the nomination meeting in Clinton last i'nursday night. Cattle Show lip At Zurich Fair The use of the newly -erected cattle barn at the Zurich Fall Fair seemed to attract more cattle than usual. A greater number of entries were pres- ent than ever before. This is a new course as of 1964, which employs late techniques and has the advant- age of drawing from rich re- sources. Opportunity will be afforded all who attend classes to present problems of their own which will be discussed by JESUS CHRIST IS LORD! The course is open to every- one without charge or obligation and while it is designed spec- ificially for teachers or pros- pective teachers in circles of Christian education, it is val- uable for young prospective teachers in circles of Christian education, it is valuable for young parents as well. There is also an element of commun- ity fellowship afforded in the project which many appreciate and enjoy. Text books will be available at cost, and visitors are welcome to attend classes at any time. The instructor selected to pre- sent the material and guide dis- cussion is he Rev. M. Shato, who has •taught similar courses in Indiana, California and Texas, as well as at Chesley, Ontario. 0 About People You Know ...
