Terms of the lease have not yet been announced. At council's last meeting, it had been decided to send let - ler to Premier Robarts, protest- ing the inconvenience of day- light saving time and asking that, if the institution must be continued, it be started one month later in the spring and ended one month sooner in the fall. Council received an answer last night from Agriculture Minister William Stewart, point- ing out that while the depart- ment was interested in the question because of inconven- ience for farmers, it had been decided some years ago to leave the question up to individual municipalities.
