He will succeed Reg Black, who will be leaving for Buckingham, Quebec, about the end of the year,. The twenty -two-year old Mr. Consitt was raised near Hills - green and is the son of Mrs. Russell Consitt and the late Mr. Consitt. He attended high school in Clinton and later business college in Goderich. Upon graduation, Mr. Consitt took a book-keeping position with Robert Bell Industries in Seaforth where he has been em- ployed for the past two and a half years. He will not assume full responsibility of his office until he has completed his train- ing under the direction of Mr. Black.
