With the beginning of installation of the Zuridh exchange dial sets, the experience
of the System's Grand Bend conversion is repeating itself. Many users are requesting
installation of color sets and saving the installation charge which would be required
if ordered after coversion. The same is true in the case of extension phones, which
are becoming a standard in many Canadian homes, especially where there are teen-
age children. Zurich exxchange surpasses others withrequests for private line service
to rural farm homes. Last month four such services were approved. This grade of
service can only be extended where plant facilities allow, and anyone contemplating'
sante is advised to contact the business office immediately. Extension bells at a very
nominal charge are also becoming increasingly popular among rural subscribers so
that they do not miss calls when working outside around the farm yard. There are
many other services available to the dial customer which you might wish to inquire
