Rockets, 6-3. The game was
played in Strathroy.

eter Arena, at 8:30 p.m.
The two teams battled on
even terms for the first two
periods in the T,ntrsday night

the Combines fired in three un-
answered goals.
Alex Campbell opened the
scoring for the Rockets midway
through the first period, only
to have Bruce Cooper score the
equalizer at the 16:06 mark.
With only 14 seconds played
in the second period, Bob Hoff-
man found the range for the
locals, but a couple of minutes
later Harvey Thomas potted one
for the Rockets. With less than
