Roll call was answered by naming a product of Canadian Industry and its location. Mrs. DENNIS MOCK Age 16, Dennis has been a .standout in goal for the Hen - sail Juvenile team. He stands 5'11", and weighs 165 pounds. BOB JOHNSTON At 18, Bob has been the lead- ing scorer on Zurich minor hockey teams over the past years He stands 5'8", and weighs 155 pounds. Bob is a centre ice man. STEVE KYLE Steve is 18, plays forwards, and stands 5'11". He shoots left, and weighs 155 pounds. JOHN MASSE Known as the slap shot ex- pert, John is 18 years old, weighs 160 pounds, stands 5'11" and shoots left. JERRY CHAPMAN __Sixteen years old, Jerry stan- ds 5'8", and weighs 160 pounds. ile shoots left, and plays on the wing or defence, V, L. Each member is to bring 50 cents. for the Children's Aid. Mrs. Otto Willert reported on the area convention and Mrs. Arn- old Kuntz reported on the exec- utive meeting held in Hensall. The group in charge served lunch. Mr. and Mrs. Colin Hindley and family, of London, spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Reinhold Miller. Mr. and Mrs, John Barr and family, of London, spent Sun- day with Mr. and Mrs. Ed Store, Dashwood Merry Maids The fifth meeting of the 4-H girls club "Featuring Fruits" was held at the home of Norma Weigand. Noteswere given and discus- sed under the heading, "Fruit for dinner or supper, fruit in the main course, fruit appetizer, fruit cups, fruit accompanent, spices, The girls made fruit fruit salad plate and fruit for dessert. The girls made two apple pies. Roll call for next meeting is, Fruit I ate yesterday. Hoene as- signment, make a fruit pie or tarts and record results, file re- cipe. The sixth meeting of Dash- wood Merry Maids was held at the home of Diane Weber. No- tes were given on more ways with fruit, fruit salads, uses of bread and salad. Next meeting will be held at Helen Rader's, Roll call, one way to use dried fruits. Home assignment, check record book and have ze- cipe file up to date. The men of the EUB Chuceh held a very successful fowl sup- per last week. Over 600 per- sons were fed. A number of small boys are taking squirt hockey training at the Exeter arena Saturday mor- nings. GERARD OVERHOLT Although he is one of the s!iortest players on the squad, Gerard is probably one of the toughest, as opposing players will find out. He shoots left, weighs 165 pounds, and is 5'6". Gerard is 18 years old. MURRAY BELL Murray is the old work horse of both Hensall and Zurich teams over the past year, and is in his last year of junior hock- ey, being 20 years old. He stands 6', weighs 178, and shoots right. RON DEICHERT Probably the most vesatile player on the team is .Ron Deichert. He can' fill in equal- ly as well in the net as on de- fence. At 18, Ron stands 5'11" and weighs 165 pounds. He shoots right. EARL WAGNER Better known as "Cuss" he is the youngest member of the squad at 16. WAYNE WILLERT At 18, Wayne is one of the bigger boys on the team, stand- ing 5'10", and weighing 185 pounds. He is a strong right winger. LARRY BEDARD Larry is 19 years old, stands 5'10", and weighs .155, Shooting right, Larry is a stalwart on the defence. BYRAN BONTHRON Bryan is 18 years old, stands 5'8", and weighs 165. He shoots left and is a strong man on the wing. JOHN VARLEY John is a newcomer to these parts, and is 18 years old. He stands 5'6", weighs 150, and shoots left. BILL WAGNER Bill is 18 years old, stands 5'10", weighs 150 pounds, and Shoots left. He is a rugged left Winger.
