Miles, agricultural representa- tive, and J. H. Kinkead, inspec- tor of Public Schools for Huron. Morton, returned home Sunday from a week's hunting at Parry Sound, with three fine deer. They reported the weather fine, freezing at night, but lacking snow. Mrs. Keith Lindsay, Pamela and Sheila, of London, are spen- ding this week visiting with Mr, and Mrs. John Henderson and family. 1VIr. Jack Pfaff was admitted to Scott Memorial Hospital, Seaforth, on Saturday, in the interests of his health. Mrs. Sim Roobol will give a commentary and show pictures of her trip to Holland, this surnmer, on M'Lady program on CKNX-TV Wingham on Mon- day, November 20, at 2 p.m., which should prove most inter- esting. Ivan Forsythe spoke, with his remarks based on Re- membrance Day. Councillor Elgin Thomson, of Tucker - smith, was also a guest at the banquet. Dr. and Mrs. D. J, McKelvie, of Essex, were guests last week with Mr and Mrs. Jack Drys- dale and Jill, on their way through to Shelburne to visit relatives, Edward Stewart, of Espanola, is vacationing with Mr. and Mrs. Jack Neeb, at Zurich. The doll covered with dollar bills, for which tickets are be- ing sold, is on display in the window of the Kosy Korner restaurant. The Legion Auxil- iary are sponsoring the project. Attend Wedding IVIr. and Mrs, Percy Webster and Clark, of Hensall, and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Neeb, Zurich, at- tended the Cormie-Stewart wed- ding at the Roman Catholic Church, Espanola, on Monday, November 6, at 10 a.m. The young couple spent their hon- eymoon at the Webster home here. The bride is a niece of Mrs. Webster. Norman Shiels Norman George Shiels, of BeIgrave, aged 65, formerly of Brussels, passed away in Wing - ham General Hospital, on Wed- nesday, November 8. Surviving' are his wife, th former Lillian Rogers sons No man, Ashfield Tow•zsh'p; Geon go, Hensall; daughters, Mrs Garnet (Donna) Allan, Hensall; Miss Shirley Shiels, Detroit, Mich.; a sister, Mrs. George (Elizabeth) Johnston, Wingham. The funeral service was held Friday from the D. A. Rann funeral home, Brussels. Burial was made in Brussels Cemet- ery.
