Mr. and Mrs. Ted Taylor, of Stratford, are the proud grand- parents of twins, Jeffery Ed- ward and Jacqueline, infant children of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Taylor of Stratford, born Tues- day, May 16, at Stratford Gen- eral Hospital.
