Dr. Bruce Eickmeir was a visitor at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Eickmeir, last Friday, prior to his departure for New York, where he and Mrs. Eickmeir are spending a week's vacation. Mr. Ed Kalbfleisch isa patient at South Huron Hospital, Exeter. Mrs. Josephine Dietrich has mov- ed from her fram north of Zurich into the apartment above the resi- dence of Mr. and Mrs. Herb Mous- seau. Mr. and Mrs. William Land- esbergen, of Dublin, who have pur- chased the Dietrich farm, are mov- ing there this week. Mrs. Roy Knoll and sons, of Port Colborne, are spending a few days at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Meyers. Mr. Edmund Oesch has returned to his home north of Zurich, after being a patient in Victoria Hospi- tal, London, for several weeks. Gerald Gingerich spent the past week in Toronto where he attend- ed a course in refrigeration and air-conditioning. The addition will contain four wards of four beds each in a single floor and basement structure. The board elected R. L. Morlock as its charman for 1961, succeeding W. G. Cochrane. Other officers and board mem- bers are R. E. Russell, vice-chair- man; C. L. Smith, treasurer; Miss Maxine Reeder, secretary; Ulric Snell, A. Traquair, Elmer C. Bell; Elgin Roweliffe, Benson W. Tuckey Eric McLlroy; Ivan Kalbfleisch; Valentine Becker; Luther J. Pen - hale, Walter Spencer, Charles S. MacNaughton; William Ellerington, Dr. D. A. Ecker; Stanley Love; Mrs. bolt. 3. G. Dunlop, and Mrs. Gerald God - Miss Alice Claypole, hospital su- perintendent, reported 1,402 admis- sions last year, an increase of 5.6 percent over 1949. Total number of patient days was 12,930. There were 340 births, the same as in 1959. The hospital X-rayed 2,279 pat- ients and gave fluoroscopic exam- inations to 101. Present payroll is 57.
