Mrs. Robert Pryde favoured with piano selections, Mrs. Harold Parker contributed a humorous reading "I couldn't help laughing", and a reading to the bride -elect "Little Girl At The Altar". The miscell- aneous gifts were presented by Misses Vera road June Tinney and Miss Pat Bell. Connie expressed sincere thanks for the gifts, and her mother ,Mrs. John Corbett, invited all to a trousseau tea at their home this Saturday :afternoon and evening. Brok- enshire, took charge of the busi- ness part of the meeting. The visiting committee reported mak- ing 14 calls. The members decid- ed that group one cater to the Sector Project supper, which will be held in November. It was also agreed to secure a film on the Lutheran Liturgy.
