Satur- day, when his car exploded in flames shortly after he had left it. Mr. Rader stopped his car on the eighth concession of Stephen Township one half -mile south of Highway 80 'at 2 a.m. Saturday. He stopped after he noticed flames under the hood of his five-year-old convertible. Provincial police in Exeter said flames apparently shot back through the gasoline line after the engine caught fire. Cause of the engine fire was not known. While he was attempting to ex- tinguish the hood fire, the gas tank exploded and the ear was engulfed in la mass of flames. It is Western Fair week at London, Septernber 12 to 17. Packed with interest for every member of the family, Wes- tern Fair caters to every farm and urban resident. Fanners will see the greatest collection of prize livestock ever displayed in the spacious live- stock pavillion where over a mil- lion dollars worth of cattle, hors- es, sheep and swine will be on dis- play all week. A new feature of interest to fart, and city dwelers alike, will be an up-to-date milk- ing parlour in the livestock pavil- lion where every day milk will flow from cow to cooler untouched by human hands.
