Attend Cub Rally
Sunday In Hensall
About 230 Wolf Cubs, repre-
senting 14 packs in Huron district
attended a cub rally at Hensall
Park Sunday afternoon.
Packs represented were from
Goderich, Clinton, Clinton RCAF,
Hensall, Exeter, Grand Bend, Ail-
sa Craig and Centralia RCAF.
Included in the day's events
were contests on cub history,
training, lore, messages and knot
relays. Novelty events were held
for the parents as well as the cubs.
District Cubmaster Harold Sis-
sons, Exeter, was in charge of the
rally. He was assisted by Cubinas-
ters Bill Fink, Hensall, Lorne
Hyde, Goderich, and Chuck Tom-
linson, Centralia.
The rally closed with flag low-
ering and a campfire.
HURON COUNTY COUNCIL
will meet for the June Session
at the Court House, Goderich, on
Wednesday, June 15th, at 10 a.m.
