Respectfully submitted, A. M. HARPER, Chartered Accountant ANNUAL MEETING The Annual Meeting of the Subscribers of "the Hay Municipal Telephone System will be held in the 'town Hall, Zurich, on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 9th, 1960 At 2.00 O'clock, p.m. Zurich Juveniles Take Two Game Lead In Play-off Series With Tara Gerard Overholt, Wayne Willert and Don Johnson each banged in two goals on Monday night, to lead the Zurich Lions Juveniles to a 7-2 victory over the Tara Juven- iles in the third game of the best - of -five WOAA Juvenile D finals. The game, played in Zurich, drew what was probably the largest crowd of the season. The victory gave the locals a commanding two -game lead in the series, with one game being tied. The fourth game will be played in Tara tonight, Wednesday, and should Zurich lose, the fifth game will be played back here on Friday night. After Tara grabbed an early lead in the first period, Overholt came back at the 11.55 mark to tie the score. With little over a minute remaining in the period, Don Johnson banged in his first goal, on a neat passing play with Earl Wagner. Don Johnson opened the scoring for the locals midway through the second, when he again cashed in on a play with brothers Earl and Bill Wagner. At the 15.13 mark Tara got back in the game, with Stephens scoring his second goal of the night. At 16.54 Over- holt 'shot Zurich into a 4-2 lead, with Bob Johnston and Johnnie Masse picking up assists on the play. Although Tara held a slight ed- ge on the play in the third per- iod, the locals were fortunate enough to rack up three unan- swered goals, Wayne Willert scor- ed the first and second, and Bill Wagner picked up the final. Only stellar netminding on the part of Dennis Amacher, back in the Zu- rich nets after his injury, prevent- ed the Tara team from scoring a few goals in the final frame. Ten penalties were handed out in the game, six to Tara and four to Zurich. First Period 1 -Tara, Stephens 5.20 Tara and Zurich Play To 7-7 Tie Last Wednesday Night The Zurich Lions Juveniles eked out a 7-7 tie with the Tara Juveniles in the second game of the WOAA Juvenile 'D' series last Wednesday night in Tara. Gerard Overholt was the hero for the locals, scoring the tying goal with only 35 seconds left in the regulation time. Neither team could score in the over- time session. Wayne Willert and Bob John- ston each scored once in the fi- rst period, while Tara rapped in three goals to take an early lead in the game. Both teams scored three times in the second, with Earl Wag- ner pumping home two and Ger- ard Overholt one. Zurich outscored Tara two go- als to one in the third, with Bob Johnston and Gerard Overholt each tallying once. Ron Deichert, substituting for the injured Dennis Amacher in goal, again played a sensational game. Zurich players described rink conditions in the northern town as being very poor, with a small ice surface and poor boards. Nine penalties were handed out in the contest, six to Tara, and three to Zurich. FIRST PERIOD - 1 -Tara, Wilkinson (Stephens) :20 2 -Zurich, Wayne Willert (B.
