se in a hospital in New York, has

seas She visited at her home here
for a few days last week and left
on Monday for England.
Mrs. J. Linldenfeld has recover-
ed from her serious illness.
One day last week while Mrs.

for a short time, her little son,
Earl, got out '.of bed in his night
clothes and began poking at the
fire. ,His clothing was ignited and
had his mother not returned just
in time the little lad would have
been burned eo death. His arum
was badly burned and his fair was
singed besides other burns.
