HICK'S FORECATS A regular storm period is central on January 80th, extending from Janua- ry 28th to February 4th. Look for violent electric activities and active to dangerous storms during the last two days of January and tlp to the 4th of Febt•nat•y. By the 29th of January a low and rapidly falling barometer will be noted in western extremes, and storms of wind and tbnnder will or- ganize in western and southern direc- tions and during the last two :clays of January and up to February 4th, storms of wide sweep and marked violence will pass from western parts of the country over almost the entire continent, By the 1st to the 3rd the actual storm of rain and snow will reach the eastern states and the At- lantic seaboard, and the high baro- meter and blizzardons snow and winds will be close on their heels, rushing eastward and southward. Two to four. days of severe cold, generally over the country, will attend and follow after the storms of this period; A reactionary storm period is cen- tral on Friday, Sn,turt1ay and Sunday, the 4th 5th, and lath. It is safe to say that many disturbances in the way of storms and erratic changes • are prob- able at this time. A sudden rise of temperature on and touching the 6th, with squalls and thunder gusts in iso- lyted localities, would be in conformi- ty with existing astronomic conditions at this time. A reaction to cold, fair weather will follow from about the 6th to the9th, WA SAL1 100 acres, Lot 9, Con, 3, Township of Stanley, 8 acres of hardwood bush, 24 acres ready for crop, the balance is seeded clown, 20 acres of new seeding, 8 acres of Alfalfa, 4 years old, is well underddrainecl and well fenced, two good wells, one at the house, and one et the barn and water in tho barn and a good spring that supplies stook all summer with water.
