The sad news was received here on
Saturday of the sudden death of Mr.
Frederick Kibler of Berlin, a former
well-known. resident of Zurich. He
had been seriously ill for several weeks

Mu Brotherhood in the' Evangelical
church on "Observation and experien-
ces of an ,European trip." A general
invitation is extended to all.
The addresses on the Bible, given
by Rev, W. C. Miller, on Tuesday
evenings, are drawing to a close. Next
Tuesday evening ab 8 o'clock he wiil
begin on the books of the new Test-..

Williams shoe Company at Brampton.
Deceased wcs married twice, his first
wife dying atl3ranpton. The children
who survive hint are: Mrs. A. L.
Moritz, Guelph; Wesley, of Duncan,
B, C., Arthur, of Saskatchewan, Mrs.
Oliver, Mies Floa once and Norman
of Berlin, and George of Guelph.
He;was united in marriage last year
to Mrs, Joseph ,Snell, formerly of
Dashwood, who also survives hint.
-Word was received here last Friday
of the death of William 'Clarke, of
Ilaini'lton, a nephew of Mr. Charles
Fritz of this villge. Deceased had
been ill for many years with with
stomach trouble tad his death was not
unexpected. He was well-known to
many in this neighborhood, having
conducted the midway during the
.sumnner months ab Grand Bend. A
number of years ago he was one of the
lastest bicycle riders in Qntario,
winning many prizes in Waterloo and
other cities, His wife and one
daughter survive hint.
John Jacobe, a respected resident of
the Bauble Line, Hay, passed away at
amnion Hospital lest Friday in his
54th year. Deceased had been taken
ill some -weeks ago and was taken to
b-o'hospital at Loudon, and in a few
da1's word was received that thcepa.tnent
was suffering from acute pneumonia
in addition to his other sickness
which resnited fatally on Friday, The
reall.ains wore 1»•onght to his late home
on Saturday' The funeral was held
on Tuesday, interment taking place an
the Bronson Line cemetery.
