Farqulei le on Wednesday of last week, aged 87 years, The fimeral was held on Saturday. William Richardson, another of the pioneers of this section, passed away on Feb, 6th, in his 94th year. Deceas- e was the last of the old settlers of the ParrLine, Hay. He leaves his widow and eight children to mourn his loss. The dance and social evening held in the Town Hall last Friday evening was a successful affair. The crowd was not nearly so large as at the other dance. Last week on Wednesday seemed to be wedding day with our former citizens, Miss Sylvia Pfaff of this place became the wife of Mr Wesley Wolf of Saska,toon,formarly of Crediton The wedding taking place at the home of Mrs George Sillery of near Stella. Miss Bertha Brenner of this village became the wife of Mr Henry Flax - board of Zurich. They were inarrieb in the village at the home of the bride, Mr Irvin Willert was also married fo Miss Luella Weeper, daughter of Mr and Mrs Casper Wolper of the Goshen Line near Zurich. The marriage cere- mony wasperformed at the bride's home. Mr Rudolph Stade of Zurich, formely of this place, was also MST - lied to Miss Laura Steinbach, delight er of Mrs John Kaibfleisch of Zurich. The wedding took -place at the beauti- ful home of Mr and Mrs John Kalb- fleisch of Zurich. To all these young couples we extend congratulations and hope that long life, health, peace and prosperity may be theirs through life, It is also said that more of our young people are getting the married fever.
