ional Dept are doing in the public
schoold along the line of temper-
ance by means of hygiene. Lorna
Litt as gave a pleasant address
on Sercice'. Other numbers on
the program were a recitation by
Gladys Spath; and a solO by Leila
Seibert. The meeting throughout
wt splendid and enjoyed by all.
ZURICH SAND ORGANIZES
A. largely attended meeting was
held. in the Band Hal last Friday
evening for the purpose of organ-
izing the Zurich Band. Consider-
erable business was transacted and
discussed. The orgaeization, of
which wef have great reasons to be

Mouclay and Thursday. Already

old melodies, which are so pleas-
ing to the ear, and as is said of
all music, bandmusic well played,

confidence with such a ',well org-
anized array of enthursiasts, that
the Zurich band will be the out-
standing one among the neighbor

and there is no question that it
will get the full support of the
