Messrs. Merner Bros. have sold their flax mill and farm in Clinton to Mr. H. B. Strothers, of London, and possession is given at once. Mr, Strother's agent and Mr. E. F. Merner have been out the past few days securing flax land, hav- ing procured two hundred or more acres. After being confined to bed for Over two years in a helpless con- dition, following a stroke of par- alysis, Mr's. Henry Isaac passed a- way on Wednesday of last week at Greenway, aged 74 years and four months. The deceased had been a life-long resident of !that community having been born in Usborne Township.
