HYMENIAL
A very interesting event was
solemnized at Dashwood on Mon-
day, November 15th, when Rev. P,
Graupner united in the Holy Bonds
matrimony, Miss, Emma, youngest
daughter of Mrs. F.. Guenttner, to
Mrs. Elmer Oesch of Zurich, son of
Mr. and Mrs. John Oesch of the
Goshen Line north, Hay Township
The contracting parties are well
known at both Dashwood and
Zurich, as Mr. Desch is conducting
a successful barber business in the
village. After a short honey-
moon they will take up house ke-
eping in the house owned by Mrs.
J. Geiger and recently vacated by
Mr. Win, Meidinger. Best eon-

Just in Time -
To Save Lives
rri TIE visitor was ushered into the
little living -room. Through a
back window one glimpsed three
children busy over mud pies.
The last time the visitor had seen
the young mother and her husband
had been at the 'Muskoka. Free
Hospital for Consumptives.
Some months previous to that both
had develoued tuberculosis. Future
health -life, indeed -depended on
prompt measures. Tet, it the hus-
band stopped earning., how could
they live. Their despair had been
tragic. In just such cases the
"Muskoka Free" fulfils its •mission.
Husband and wife were sent there
and given every care. Grand-
mother, with financial help from.
the Samaritan Club, kept the chil-
dren. To -day, they are home again,
cured.
^'We went just In time," said the
young wife, gratefully, a tender
light In her eyes as she glanced at
the little imud-pie cooks.
