Miss Gertrude Weber has ret- urned to her home after spending a few pleasant weeks at Woods- tock. • The Chicago Daily Tribune says; Mrs. Catharine Hauch,, 77 years old the widow of a minister and mot- her of two ministers, a doctor, a college professor, a public school, principal, and two school teachers, died at her daughter's home 3233 Cortez St. Chicago. Mrs. Hauch was born in New York, but'follow- ing her marriage to Rev. John P. Bauch, lived in many different parts of United States and Can- ada ,her husband holding many important posts. Two sons, J. P. Hauch and S, M. Rauch are also ministers, the former residing at Kitchener, and the latter at Cred- iton, Canada. Mrs. Hauch left five other children -Prof. E. S. Hauch of Rutter's College, •J. Ii. Principal of Lloyd School, Cather- ine and Rosa, teachers of Kalhoun and Lafette Schools respectively, and Dr. C. D. Hauch of Chicago. • After the death of her husband 12 years ago, Mrs. Hauch moved to Naperville and sevne years ago to Chicago, where she resided with her daughter,. Following the fun eral service conducted by Bishop •Seager on August 23, the remains were brought to Kitchener and buried beside those of her husband and daughter Louisa, The latter had taught in the public schools rn ' Zurieh and Chicago, and died 18 yearn ago.
