LUTHERAN CHURCH NOTES
At the las t meeting of th'e

mong other things, to build a small
structure on the Cemetery' grou-
nds, which is to serve as a shelter
'for workmen, tools, etc. The bu-
ilding to commence at an early
date. There being a growing and
constant derna,nd for an English
churhe seal upon certificates and
other papers, it was decided to pro
cure one at once.
Last 'Thursday evening a teach-
ers meeting was held at hwieh the

on the Responsibility of Parents.
The nextp aper will be given by

be held frequently in order to give
the teachers plenty of time to

1LASS OF ALTS IF
YOIIR KIOMEYS HURT
Sat less meat if yon feel Backachy or
have Bladder trouble -Salta
fine for Kidneys.
Meat forms uric acid which exeites
and overworks the kidneys in their efforts
to filter it from the system. Regular eat-
ers of meat must flush the kidneys occa-
sionally. You must relieve them like you
relieve your bowels; removing all the
acids, waste and poison, else you feel a
dull misery in the kidney region, sharp
pains in the back or sick headache, diz-
ziness. your stomach sours, tongue is
coated and when the weather is bad you
have rheumatic twinges. The urine is
cloudy, full of sediment; the channels
often get irritated, 'obliging you to get
up two or three times during the night.
To neutralize these irritating acids
and flush off the body's urinous waste
get about four ounces of Jad Salts
from any pharmacy; take a table-
spoonful in a. glass of water before break-
fast
reakfast for a few days and your kidneys will
then act fine and bladder disorders die -
appear. This famous salts is made from
the acid of grapes aria Iemon juice, com-
bined with lithia, and has been used fon
generations to clean and stimulate slug-
gish kidneys and stop bladder irritation.
Jad Salts is inexpensive; harmless and
makes a delightful effervescent lithia-
water drink which millions of men and
women take now and then, thus avoiding
serioue kidney and bladder diseases.

Get a small package of Hamburg
Breast Tea at any pharmacy. Take a
tablespoonful of the tea, put a cup of
boiling water upon it, pour through a
sieve and drink a teacup full at any
time during the clay or before retiring.
It is the most efl:eetive way to break a
cold and cure grip, as it opens the
pores of the skin, relieving congestion:
Also loosens the bowels, thus driving a
cold from the system.
Try it the next time you suffer from
a cold or the grip. it is inexpensive
and entirely vegetable, therefore safe
